Wendy is one of the founders of ILC. She was admitted as solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2002. Throughout the last 17 years practice in law, Wendy has had wide experience in Immigration Law, Administrative Law, Family Law, Equity, Property Law and Wills & Probate Law.
Wendy’s areas of work include litigation in the AAT, Federal Court, Federal Circuit Court, Supreme Court, District Court and Local Court.
Before Wendy was admitted as a solicitor, she worked as a paralegal for various law firms for 10 years where she gained a great deal of experience and knowledge in running a legal practice.
Wendy is also a migration agent. She became a migration agent in 2000 and has practiced Migration Law since then. Wendy came from P. R. China. She speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin. With her migrant background, Wendy understands the importance of providing clients with migration advice with care and skill.
Wendy became Notary Public in 2006.
Wendy is naturally interested in dealing with people of different cultural backgrounds. She believes that her experience, knowledge and hard-working attitude will provide clients with quality service. Wendy enjoys challenging legal work.
