Independent Legal Practice
We are looking for solicitors with an unrestricted practicing certificate who work as solicitors in NSW and/or other Jurisdictions who are interested in running their own legal practice and work in co-operation with ILC. ILC was established since 2007 and located in Sydney CBD. Our lawyers have diverse cultural and professional backgrounds and many decades of combined Australian and International legal experience.
We will provide:
- Equipped serviced offices located in Sydney CBD
- Legal and administrative support from other law firms with varied experience in different fields of practice
All ILC team members are multilingual and fluent in many major languages (English, Chinese, Thai, Korean, Italian, French, Spanish, Greek), the ILC team members are equipped to meet all the legal, business and immigration needs of local and international clients, ranging from individuals to corporations.
ILC has the local knowledge and global awareness to represent and support clients from, or new to, Australia. Our members travel regularly to meet clients and participate in professional conferences to maintain the currency and leading edge in the legal issues that concern our clients.

Paralegal
Paralegal Job Purpose:
Supports solicitors, barristers and the ILC team in handling cases and preparing for hearings, trials, and meetings. Performs administrative and clerical tasks as well as legal research. Maintains case files and drafts legal documents.
